How I love Free!

Free is the best! Phil found this in our trash. It's nice and it keeps everything out of sight!

We have to figure out how to keep the boys and Ava out of the cupboards but it is nice to have.

A tooth!

Her lower tooth finally came in! I found it after she finally moved her tongue! We tried to get a picture but her tongue kept getting in the way. I guess we will have to wait until she is asleep!

Another Museum!

We went to the Children's museum this time. It was a lot of fun!

This was the baby play section of the Children's Museum! I want one. It was awesome for Ava. Everything was soft and colorful. She had fun playing on it.

Ava really wanted to take this toy with her. She worked on it for about 2 minutes and then moved on to something that she could take with her.

Derek didn't like the hat very much so Phil had to hold it on his head so we could get a picture.

The Denver Zoo

We went to the Denver Zoo for my birthday! It was really fun. We took about 189 pictures and tons of video. There are over 3000 animals at the zoo. We weren't able to see all of them but we spent 5 hours there. Here are some of the pictures we took. Enjoy!



This is the beginning of our trek through the zoo. Everything imaginable is stuffed into the stroller!


Here we are at the polar bear exhibit and they had this giant cut out of the tallest polar bear along with a ruler! Morgan and Derek loved it. They kept trying to get in other people's pictures.

Derek was trying but he is still too short.

We stopped for lunch near the hoofed animals. Yum! Probably not the best place to stop if you have a sensitive nose!



This is the only Rhinoceros that can paint with a brush. There are some of his paintings hanging inside his building. They actually aren't that bad!

We took a ride on the Denver Zoo train. The boys loved it! The seats though were not meant for adults!



This is Monkey Island. An island in the middle of the zoo. No fence around just water. Apparently the monkeys won't cross the water! It was neat watching them jump through the trees. This was one of Morgan's favorite spots.



So here we are getting back in the truck. I was ready to go, Ava was just ready to get out of the front pack. The boys however were not ready to leave. Morgan didn't want me to "cheese" him. We had lots of fun and before we even left the parking lot they were all asleep! Success!

It's my birthday!

So we did alot of stuff for my birthday but since it's late I will just share one thing with you for now. Phil surprised me with a birthday present this year. He bought me a camera! A really nice camera! Here is a picture of it. I have been playing with it all night!



He even bought a little body glove to put it in!

Ava's new hat

I found this adorable hat at a children's Second hand store. It has matching gloves. She was so happy!

Ava was really tired!

We started to feed her some oatmeal and she was so tired I think she had 2 bites and fell asleep! She's so cute. Of course we had to get pictures and video before we picked her up.

Piano!

We bought a piano! I found this piano on Craigs list for $50! It's atleast 20 years old. The sound is awesome. It's a dark pretty color and I love it. Morgan likes to sit at it and play while singing. He's actually a pretty good singer. There aren't many places to put it in our apartment bacause we have to make sure it is not on a connecting wall with the next apartment. So we call the wall it's on our entertainment wall. Now I just have to remember where I packed all my music!
